In this unique workshop, we’ll explore how self awareness can help us speak more confidently, as well as help us set boundaries. We’ll also practice a few exercises that help us grow our confidence in talking to strangers or customers. This is a highly interactive class, so come prepared to join the conversation! You don’t need anything special for this workshop, but I recommend paper and a pen to take notes. Minimum class size of 3 (if we don’t meet the minimum, I’ll email you with options, including rescheduling or a refund.) Maximum class size of 10. Due to the sensitive nature of the conversations in this class, there will not be a recording, so this class is only available “live.”
