CANCELLATION POLICY
* For public workshops and events. (Note: if I cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund.)
I generally cannot offer refunds if you cannot attend an event, because effort and expenses are committed before the event occurs. Note that many events are recorded and made available afterwards to registered attendees - check the event description for more info. Cancellation policy for public events:
14+ days before an event: Email me and you’ll receive a full refund.
7-`13 days before an event: No refunds. You can roll over the price paid to another event or virtual class within 60 days or transfer your ticket to another person. Or, you can donate your ticket to an anonymous scholarship attendee.
Less than 7 days before an event: No refunds. You can transfer your ticket to another person. Send me their name + email at least 2 hours prior to the event, so I can send them the event link. Or, you can donate your ticket to an anonymous scholarship attendee.
Did you miss an event? No refunds. If the event was recorded, you will receive a link (no need to contact me.) If you would like any written materials from the event, email me within 1 week and I’ll send you whatever written materials were given to attendees (if any).
* FOR CONSULTING SESSIONS, COACHING AND PRIVATE TRAININGS
Consulting sessions, coaching sessions, private trainings, and private workshops are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, email me at least 24 hours prior to our session. If you are a no-show to your session, I will not reschedule, but if you email me within 1 week after your scheduled session, I will email you any individual or group notes prepared or provided to attendees. These will be sent via email within 2 business days, by request only.
If you have an emergency, please notify me immediately so I can see what I can do.
If you paid for private sessions or trainings, and no longer wish to have your session, you can transfer it (either to a specific person of your choice, or someone who needs my services pro bono.)
If I need to reschedule, I will give you as much notice as possible.
* FOR VIRTUAL (ON-DEMAND) COURSES AND WORKBOOKS
Virtual courses and workbooks are non-refundable, but please reach out if you encounter any issues with your download or the video courses.
