Reducing Social Media Burnout: Live Workshop with Dinh Do + Allison Bishins

Does social media feel really hard right now? In this workshop, Dinh and Allison will lead interactive exercises and discussions that will help you post efficiently, with your values and purpose in mind. Registration open now!

Dinh Do (she/her) will be leading us through reflection and journaling prompts to help everyone identify and embody their values on social media. Allison Bishins (she/her) will be sharing about how a combination of efficiency practices and purposeful posting can change your relationship with social media. Auto live transcriptions available! This portion will be recorded for replay. (45 minutes)

After a 5 min break, there will be an open discussion guided by the questions from the participants! This portion will NOT recorded to maintain confidentiality. (40 minutes)

**Things to bring: Questions about social media, journal OR several sheets of paper, and something to write with.

Dinh (she/her) is a Mental Health Facilitator and Advocate. Allison (she/her) is a small business consultant that helps businesses connect with clients and community online.

A minimum of 6 registered attendees is needed by Nov 1 to provide a lively and fulfilling discussion. If we don't have at least 6 registered attendees, you'll have the option to keep your ticket for a rescheduled date or receive a full refund.

The full ticket price is $25 USD. Anything above that goes towards our scholarships. Anything below that is a discount we offer lovingly to those who would otherwise have a financial barrier to access. Please reflect on your current level of financial access, and choose whatever feels best for you. Ticket sales will be split 50/50 between the 2 facilitators.
